They steam all of the signature burritos to seal in the flavor of the healthy ingredients, and the chips are perfect—fresh, crisp, and light.
You can substitute whole-wheat tortillas, brown rice, and tofu sour cream to help cut calories and carbohydrates for no additional cost. Jamaican jerk chicken, Carolina BBQ, fresh spinach, and roasted mixed vegetables are just a few of the intriguing burrito fillings, but whatever your fancy may be, the food is big, fresh, and cheap. After 24 hours and a missed day of work, we are just finally recovering from our encounter with blockheads. My wife and I ordered a wrap and burrito for dinner and both became extremely ill. We have ordered blockheads in the past and needless to say, we will NEVER be ordering from there again.

Best guac in town. Unfortunately they have taken away one of my favorite things - shredded beef on salads and nachos, which is now only available in burritos. Quote from the store: "it's too expensive to put on anything else". Why not let the consumer choose what's too expensive? Shame - now I have to think twice about ordering from them again.

We order here once every 3 weeks or so - very good consistent quality. Highly recommend the grilled chicken burrito. nachos can sometimes be a touch soggy.

Insultingly small portions (even for NYC) for ridiculous prices (again, even for NYC). Burrito was poorly rolled, exceptionally bland, and the jalapeños (at a 75¢ premium) were all concentrated in one area instead of distributed throughout. When people say there's no good Mexican in New York, it's because of places like this.

Got the bbq chicken burrito and the guac n chips. Sorta heavy on the rice in the burrito, but still tasty. bbq sauce provided adds to the flavor. Guac is decent surprise, not everyday guac. It had chunky avocado pieces and there was a decent amount left over to spread over my burrito. Ordered at 8:30pm on a thursday and the food came in 20 minutes. Speedy delivery a def plus

good food but disappointed that they not only raised the prices but the portions are significantly smaller. The tacos used to be stuffed high and they gave a lot of rice, now I'd say they give at least HALF less than a couple months ago. Delivery time is average but food often arrives cold.

Really, really awesome food. My burrito arrived on the messy side. It basically looked like someone threw it into the to-go container, but that didn't stop the taste from being excellent. Their delivery time is really good too. It took less than 25-minutes and I really appreciated that.

The food was decent, nothing special. The best part of it would be the side of nachos which were tasty. This place definitely falls below chipotle but, it is better than Taco House. Big portions so, if you're hungry you'll probably be satisfied.

Blockheads Burritos is really good, it’s one of my favorite places to order from. The Burritos are huge and really tasty. I have ordered the Jerk Chicken Burrito a few times and its delicious, it has a sweet flavor/sauce and the curry tortilla gives it a unique flavor. I would certainly recommend ordering from Blockheads!

Dependable. Very large burritos and very filling. I tend to order the chicken fajita burrito and the chicken is always juicy. The guacamole is okay - not bad for takeout - has chunks of avocado in it. And I like the fact you can choose black beans and brown rice!

The burritos we ordered were decent. They came with chips and salsa which was a nice touch. The packaging they deliver the stuff in is very loud (not audibly but visually) and obnoxious but overall they do the standard Mexican fair decently.

I had the BBQ chicken burrito from Blockheads for lunch and was pretty happy with what showed up at my door. Delivery was estimated at 35-50 minutes, which is expected around lunch, and since I was starving I was pumped when they arrived on the earlier side of that window. The burrito was solid. I just moved from San Francisco, am a little confused as to what a San Francisco burrito is, but i was happy with my food. Will I go back? Yeah, probably but I'm not rushing to eat there again in the near future.

This was my first time ordering from Blockheads. When I went to my lobby to pick up my order, the delivery person was holding several other orders, so right then, I knew I had made a good choice. The Mexican Chicken Wrap Lunch Combo was outstanding. Not only was the wrap tasty and fresh, but to my surprise the combo came with a salad, which was not listed in the item's description. The salad dressing was tangy and very complimentary to the Chicken Wrap. And the chips and salsa were delicious, too. Delivery was less than the time stated on my confirmation email, another plus. I will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

Best tacos ever. Usually when I order hard tacos for delivery, they show up soggy, cold and inedible. But Blockheads lines the hard taco shell with a soft taco shell before filling it. You get the hot delicious filling and the outer shell is still crispy and delicious. Highly recommend the tacos, but my husband would say the same for the burritos. They are also fantastic and huge!

My hunt for truly tasty vegetarian chili is over - Blockheads is hands down the best I've had in years. Delicious! My only complaint was that in spite of a request for cheese on the side, there was a layer of melted jack cheese on the top. Probably not something most people would complain about, but I did make the request... Regardless, I'll be ordering from here again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Awful service, charged me again when I went to pick up after I already paid via seamlessweb. The person claims to refund the double charge, I will definitely follow up with this. Beware of the incompetent people who will double charge you for the same order and claim to not know it was prepaid on seamlessweb.

Over an hour for delivery and when it arrives food is cold. Quesadilla has cheese only in the front and rice in the burrito is rock hard. This is a joke of a meal and Blockheads does not deserve mine or your money

I ordered from here because of the rating of the Guac and Chips. The Guac was ok but the chips were terrible. Obviously the chips are pre-packed and not made fresh. I couldn't finish eating the chips because they tasted so terrible and I had none in my house to finish the Guac so it went in the trash and was wasted. I won't order from here again.

Food is fresh and good. And it would be healthy if not for the fact that everything is very heavily salted. WAY too much salt - even the chips taste saltier than most. I would urge them to cut back a lot on the salt - there are plenty of flavors in the food. I would order from there much more often.

Burritos are ok, nothing special. House Salad was downright terrible. Just a bunch of slightly wilted lettuce and 1/8th of a tomato. A complete waste of money. For $5, you can get an equal tasty burrito (though less healthy) from any of the Chinese run Mexican restaurants that dot Tribeca.

This is absolutely my favorite Mexican food, and the delivery to Tribeca is very fast. - approximately 15 minutes. Not sure how they do that, and the food is very fresh, and hot when it should be. Try the Mexican Salad - hard to beat!

As a vegetarian, I am thrilled to have found a local restaurant that makes such fresh and healthy food. (and can also satisfy my meat eating boyfriend!) If you like whole wheat tortillas, soy sour cream, vegan cheese, grilled tofu, sauteed spinach... the list of goodies goes on. This place is definitely a busy, organic foodie's new best friend.
